PAY MONTHLY PLANS TERMS & CONDITIONS
OWNERSHIP
During the initial term, all plans are RENTAL plans, owned by Delta Zulu.
At the end of the initial term, ownership of the website transfers to you. After this point, we hope you'll want to continue to allow us to host and support your website. Our lower price ongoing hosting and maintenance prices will be provided to you giving you time to decide. You can of course, transfer your website elsewhere, and we will also help you with this process should you decide to leave. (Additional fees may be payable directly to Wix for you to continue to host your website with the Wix platform.)
CANCELLATION
Plans cannot be cancelled during the initial term.
Non payment of monthly fees will result in the site being taken down until payment is received.
By purchasing a monthly website plan you are agreeing to the T&C's set out above.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any client who signs up to our Web Management Programme will be known as “user”.
Our Web Management Programme will be known as “WMP”.
Delta Zulu will be known as either “the business” or “Delta Zulu" or "Delta Zulu Services”
The WMP entitles the user up to 2 hours of website administration/management per month which is included within the monthly payment plan.
Any additional work over and above the allotted 2 hours will be billed separately at £35 per hour.
The user will be notified when their allotted 2 hours have elapsed, and a verbal/email agreement will be made to extend the hours at £35 per hour or place on hold any further works until the next month.
Any admin/management required in the first month will be processed within 48 working hours of the initial monthly fee being received dependant on current workloads at the time.

Our working hours are from 10am-4pm Monday Friday.
We reserve the right, at any time, to extend the duration that any website admin/management processing starts if it deems that the business and its resources are at full capacity when a processing request is received.
We will communicate this to the customer via email or by telephone.
Fixed payment plans will not change in price during the term. The user can opt to cancel the payment plan early by making a payment for the full amount outstanding the the initial term. Any future works agreed or not will be forfeited with immediate effect.
We reserve the right to increase the ad-hoc monthly and hourly cost of any future works and will give the user 60 days’ notice of any such increase by way of an email.
